Subgrant Opportunity – July 2025
Neighbors for More Neighbors is excited to partner with other organizations and groups that aim to make Minnesota homes more secure, accessible, and affordable for everyone.
To develop these partnerships, N4MN is happy to announce that a subgrant opportunity is open to organizations that are involved in work that supports at least one of the following two goals:
Support newer groups outside of Saint Paul and Minneapolis who are working to remove barriers to housing abundance in local or statewide pushes.
Support housing justice work anywhere in Minnesota with a focus on tenants’ rights.
Neighbors for More Neighbors has a total of $10,000 to award, with a maximum of $5,000 for any individual subgrant.
To apply, complete this Google Form application by August 15th, 2025.
Applications will be reviewed beginning August 16th, 2025. Applicants will be notified in late September, and funds will likely be distributed in October.
The subgrant period is expected to be one year. All funds must be expended by grant recipients by November 2026.
