    Alex Walters (he/him)

    DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    Alex joined the N4MN team in June of 2025. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he brings a wide-ranging background of engineering, development, nonprofit operations, and environmental work.

    In his free time, he enjoys cooking, adventuring with his wife and husky, watching college football, and reading.

    Alexa Bobyak (she/her)

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & ENGAGEMENT

    Alexa keeps operations on track and momentum moving across all fronts. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications, Alexa brings a strong background in HR, volunteer coordination, and nonprofit fundraising.

    She’s passionate about creating systems that support people and make big goals feel doable. Alexa brings focus and energy to everything from operations to volunteer engagement.

    Angela Bonfiglio (she/her)

    COMMUNITY ORGANIZER + STATE POLICY LEAD

    Angela has four years of experience as a tenant organizer, creating a tenants' union in her own building, working with renters on the Northside, and organizing tenants across the state, including supporting the work to pass the Right to Organize policy at the legislature in 2024.

    During the 2025 legislative session, she worked as a contractor for Neighbors for More Neighbors to support and expand the reach of our volunteers through the State Policy Task Force. She then joined the team full-time in August 2025.

    In her free time, she likes to be creative and build community.

    BOARD CHAIR

    Anna has been a part of N4MN since 2017 and when she isn’t advocating for abundant housing she loves to read, stay active and bike around the community with her husband and two kids in tow.

  • Nick Ball Jones

    TREASURER

    Nick has been a part of N4MN since 2022. Minneapolis is the best place Nick has ever lived. Given that he moved 14 times in 7 years, Nick believes he can authoritatively state this city is wonderful. He loves cooking, public transit, biking, and learning about urban clustering and geography.

  • Brit Anbacht

    Brit has been a part of N4MN since 2018, when they aren’t advocating for abundant housing they love to play with their two dogs, Bloomers and Trousers, and spend time with their family.

  • John Boehler

    John has been a part of N4MN since 2026, when he isn’t advocating for abundant housing he enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring Minneapolis park with his spouse and young children.

  • Kenton Briggs

    Kenton has been a part of N4MN since 2025, and when he isn’t advocating for abundant housing, he is playing video games, enjoying new coffee shops, and spending time with his boyfriend, friends, and pet rabbit Stratus.

  • Janne Flisrand

    Janne has been a part of N4MN since 2017 and when she isn’t advocating for abundant housing, she loves to cultivate native, low-effort, edible landscaping at her 4plex.

  • Meagan Forbes

    Meagan Forbes has been a part of N4MN since 2026. When she isn't advocating for abundant housing, she can usually be found gardening, chasing adventures with family and friends, or taking in all the beauty and community that the Twin Cities have to offer.

  • Nicholas Lozinski-McLean

    Nicholas has been a part of N4MN since 2026, when he isn't advocating for abundant housing he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking in the summer, and in the winter he enjoys staying in and baking.

  • Lincoln Wells

    Lincoln Wells has been a part of N4MN since 2023, when they aren’t advocating for abundant housing they are playing board games, playing bar trivia, and rooting for the Timberwolves and Lynx.
