During the 2025 legislative session, Neighbors for More Neighbors worked closely with other members of the Yes to Homes! coalition to advocate for policies that allowed for more abundant housing to be built across the state of Minnesota.
While the outcomes of the legislative session were not what we had hoped to see, we were able to build power and are prepared to continue to advocate next session for meaningful reforms.
Read the session recap here.

Subgrant Opportunity July 2025
|
Neighbors for More Neighbors is excited to link arms with other organizations and groups seeking to make Minnesota homes more secure, more accessible, and more affordable for everyone.
This subgrant opportunity is open to organizations that are involved in work that supports at least one of our two goals:
- Support newer groups outside of Saint Paul and Minneapolis who are working to remove barriers to housing abundance in local or statewide pushes.
- Support housing justice work anywhere in Minnesota with a focus on tenants rights.
Apply for this opportunity using the link below and share with any groups that may be interested.

Source of Income protections & Just Cause protections would allow Minnesotans to have the agency they need to buy and maintain their home.
HOMEline hosted a night of storytelling and change making at the Art House where attendees could learn more about these two potential policies.
|
The June Neighbors for More Neighbors member social was a blast where we learned about lessons from Zurich's housing journey, and successfully fundraised $1,000 together.
