Join Our Upcoming State Policy Task Force

Looking to get involved in a meaningful way?
By joining N4MN's State Policy Task Force, passionate individuals will push the needle in creating zoning change and supporting election work.
With two areas of focus, the Listening Tour and Elections Groups, volunteers are able to choose how they want to amplify their voice!
👂Listening Tour folks will work to build relationships in Minnesota suburbs to change land use rules.
✅ Elections Groups will educate voters and meet with candidates to open discussions on effective housing change.

Monthly Member Social: Trivia Night
Get ready for a round of Housing Jeopardy!💡 Playing in teams, we will answer buzz questions around zoning, N4MN fun facts, and more.
All levels of housing knowledge are welcome, and we encourage you to bring your friends for some extra competition!

We'll have goodies, resources, and chat mission and zoning reform.
Interested in volunteering?

With the 21st Century Road to Housing Act passing, legislators like Representative Mike Howard of Richfield want to keep the momentum around housing.
"This federal bill," Howard states, "passing with broad bipartisan support, helps that train get moving a little quicker, and it gives me hope and optimism that in 2027 we’ll make some of these changes that are so desperately needed."
This reflects the tangible changes in policy that N4MN works to make.

Rewinding to the successes of last month, N4MN was able to:

Invite parter organizations from the Midwest for an annual Convening! Over the course of three days, we toured Minneapolis sites and new builds, heard panelists discuss the highlights and challenges of housing work, and gather to celebrate!

Return for our 2026-2027 State Policy Visioning! We were able to outline what we hope to accomplish for the upcoming election season.
